Pork Bone Soup with Goji and Red Beans
A nourishing soup of pork bones slow-simmered with goji berries, adzuki beans, and jujubes. Traditionally used to nourish yin, tonify the kidneys, and replenish essence.

pork bones (washed and chopped)

adzuki beans (soaked for 1 hour)
30 g
jujubes (red dates, impurities removed and washed)

goji berries (impurities removed and washed)

Prepare the pork bones
Wash the pork bones thoroughly and chop them into pieces.

Prepare the supporting ingredients
Remove impurities from the goji berries, adzuki beans, and jujubes, then rinse them well. Soak the adzuki beans in water for 1 hour.

Stew the soup
Combine the pork bones with the goji berries, adzuki beans, jujubes, and seasonings in a clay pot. Add water and stew over low heat until everything is very tender. Serve twice a day, 1 small bowl per serving.
