Soak the Queen of the Night cactus flower in water for more than 3 hours, then change the water several times until the water is clear, then remove and set aside.

Blanch the pork ribs, and cut the carrots into rolling wedges and set aside.

Put all the ingredients into the pot.

Add water and bring to a boil over high heat.
