Raw Drunken Crab Oil Tossed with Buddha's Hand-Shaped Jellyfish Skin

Ingredients

Drunken Male Crab (crab oil extracted and reserved for later use) 3 crabs
Aged Jellyfish Skin (rinsed clean, cut into Buddha's hand shape) 500 grams
Refined Salt (used for soaking the jellyfish skin) a small amount
Drunken Crab Meat (used for mixing) a small amount

Instructions

Extract Crab Oil

Extract the oil from the drunken male crabs (discard the crab meat)

Prepare the Jellyfish Skin

Rinse the jellyfish skin clean, cut it into Buddha's hand shape. Blanch it in hot water briefly, then remove and rinse clean again. Next, add a small amount of salt to cool boiled water, and soak the jellyfish skin in it.

Place the crab oil and prepared jellyfish skin together, add a small amount of drunken crab meat, toss to mix and it is ready.
