Red amaranth (soak in water briefly, wash, and cut into 3 cm segments) 5 g
Fine salt to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Clear broth to taste

Instructions

1

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the red amaranth in water briefly, then wash and cut it into roughly 3 cm segments. Rinse the lean pork, slice it thinly, blanch it in boiling water, then remove and rinse with warm water.

2

Cook the soup

Place a pot over the heat, pour in the clear broth, and add the red amaranth segments and pork slices. Bring to a vigorous boil over high heat, skim off any foam, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
