Fresh black fish (scaled, gutted, and washed) 250 g
Winter melon with skin (washed and sliced) 500 g
Red beans (adzuki) 100 g
Green onions (sliced) 3

Ingredient Preparation

Scale and gut the fresh black fish, then rinse thoroughly. Wash the winter melon and slice it. Slice the green onions.

Place the black fish, green onions, winter melon, and red beans in a pot. Add enough water to cover and stew until everything is fully tender.
