Long rice cakes (softened and cut into 4cm pieces)

Sesame oil (added to the sauce last)

Step 1
Cut the softened rice cakes into 4cm pieces, and thread 4 pieces onto a skewer.

Heat the oil and pan-fry the rice cakes.
