Ginger 4 slices
Star anise 2g
Sichuan peppercorns 2g
Minced garlic sauce 15g
Bay leaves 2g
Cumin 5g
Salt 2g
Soy sauce 10ml
Oyster sauce 10ml
Cooking wine 10ml
Sugar to taste
Chopped green onions to taste
