Ingredients

White granulated sugar (Guangdong Liuhua brand) as needed
Sesame seeds as needed
Rice syrup as needed
Citric acid as needed
Water as needed

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve the rice syrup, sugar, water, and citric acid together, and cook over direct heat to 160°C.

Once cooled to 80°C, add the sesame seeds.

Use a machine to press into sheets, cut into slices, and arrange on trays.
