Ingredients

Cauliflower (cut into florets, washed, drained) 300g
Egg (cracked into a bowl) 1 piece
Red chili pepper (minced) 1 piece
Scallion (cut into sections) 3 stalks
Ginger (minced) 1 small piece
Garlic (minced) 3 cloves
Starch (coated on the cauliflower together with the egg) as needed
Cooking oil (for deep-frying cauliflower) (actual consumption 50g)
Sesame oil (drizzle in to enhance aroma) 1 teaspoon
Pepper salt (for seasoning) 2 teaspoons
Refined salt (for seasoning) 1 teaspoon
White sugar (for seasoning) 12 teaspoons
MSG (for seasoning) 12 teaspoons

Instructions

Prep Ingredients

Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash, and drain the water; mince the ginger, garlic, and red pepper; cut the green onions into sections.

Coat and Deep-Fry

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cauliflower and starch, and mix well. Heat oil in a wok, add the cauliflower piece by piece, and deep-fry until golden brown, then remove.

Stir-Fry and Season

Leave oil in the wok, add the ginger, red pepper, and deep-fried cauliflower. Season with pepper salt, MSG, and green onions, stir-fry thoroughly, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
