Salted Egg Yolk Grilled Mussels
"BBQ is at its best over charcoal. On a weekend, gather the ingredients, light a charcoal fire, and enjoy a family BBQ at home—simple and joyful. The mussels I bought this time were large and plump, perfect for egg yolk baked mussels. Just a few minutes on the charcoal grill and they're done—fragrant and full of flavor!"
