Sichuan Boiled Pork

Enjoy rich, satisfying flavor and health benefits with every serving of this water-boiled pork. The numbing, spicy seasoning used in this recipe was purchased during a trip to Chengdu, and it delivers the dish’s signature aromatic, bold taste. Using this pre-made seasoning to cook water-boiled pork at home yields results just as delicious as what you’d find at a restaurant. Add enoki mushrooms and Napa cabbage to the pot while the pork cooks for a balanced meat-and-vegetable combination that provides well-rounded nutrition, so you can enjoy great flavor and good health in every bite.
