Samosas with oriental sauce

Ingredients

Ground beef (ground twice) 400g
Green bell pepper (chopped) 1/2
Carrot (chopped) 1
Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
Onion (chopped) 1 large
Curry powder 2 teaspoons
Indian mixed spices 2 teaspoons
Cilantro (chopped) 1/2 bunch
Olive oil As needed
White wine 1 cup
Spring roll wrappers 1 pack
Calvé Eastern European flavored sauce As needed

Instructions

Stir-fry filling

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add carrot and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add curry powder and garam masala and stir-fry, then add ground beef. Stir-fry evenly for about 10 minutes until the meat is loose. Use white wine to remove the gamey smell, wait until the alcohol evaporates

Wrap spring rolls

Cut the spring roll wrappers in half. Take one half and fold it in half, place the meat filling at the tip of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper upwards into a triangle, follow the instructions on the package.

Bake

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the surface of the spring rolls with egg white, place them in the oven and bake until golden.

Serve

Serve hot with Calvé Eastern European flavored sauce.
