Ingredients

Ground pork 300g
Enoki mushrooms 100g
Green onions 2 stalks
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Prepare the Filling

Finely chop the enoki mushrooms and green onions. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped mushrooms, green onions, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the Patties

Take a handful of the meat mixture and form it into a ball. Gently flatten the ball with your palm to create a thin, wide patty. Repeat for the remaining mixture.

Pan-Fry Until Golden

Heat oil in a skillet over low heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook slowly until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip carefully and cook the other side until cooked through and golden. Serve hot.
