Ingredients

Fresh river clam meat (washed) 200g
Soybeans (fully soaked) 10g
Goji berries (soaked) 5g
Scallions (washed and chopped) 1 bunch
Fresh ginger (washed and julienned) 1 small piece
Cooking oil (for stir-frying) 10g
Sesame oil (drizzled in before serving) 1 teaspoon
Cooking wine (for cooking in) 1 teaspoon
pepper powder (seasoning) 1 teaspoon
refined salt (seasoning) 2 teaspoons
MSG (seasoning) 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Prep Ingredients

Wash the river clam meat, soak the soybeans thoroughly, soak the goji berries, wash the ginger and cut into shreds, wash the scallions and finely chop.

Stir-fry and Simmer

Add oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add the shredded ginger and river clam meat and stir-fry for a moment. Pour in the cooking wine, add the soybeans, and cook over medium heat.

Season and Serve

When cooked until the broth turns milky white, add the goji berries, season with refined salt, MSG, and ground pepper, and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with chopped scallions, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
