Ingredients

pork tenderloin (cleaned, sliced) 200 g
sea cucumber (guts removed, cleaned, cut into small pieces, blanched) 50 g
scallion (cleaned, minced) 2
ginger (peeled, minced) 2 slices
garlic (peeled, minced) a pinch
asparagus (cleaned, cut into segments) 20 g
bamboo shoot (peeled, sliced) 20 g
wood ear mushroom (cleaned, cut into chunks) 20 g
carrot (peeled, sliced) 20 g
abalone mushroom (cleaned, cut into chunks) 20 g
mushroom (cleaned, cut into chunks) 20 g
rice wine 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the pork tenderloin and slice it; peel the ginger and garlic, clean the scallions, and mince all; place in a bowl, mix with ingredient A and marinate for several minutes. Remove the guts from the sea cucumber, clean it, cut into small pieces, blanch in boiling water briefly, then drain.

Step 2

Peel the bamboo shoots and carrot, then slice them; clean the asparagus and cut into segments; clean the wood ear mushroom, abalone mushroom, and mushroom, then cut into chunks.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the pork slices, sea cucumber, ingredients prepared in step 2, and an appropriate amount of water, stir-fry quickly, then add ingredient B and mix evenly before serving.
