Ingredients
Instructions
Making the dough
Mix the glutinous rice flour and rice flour, add an appropriate amount of water and knead into a dough. Divide into several portions of dough balls and set aside.
Making the syrup
Place the sugar in a pot, add a little cold water, and cook into a syrup.
Frying and coating with sesame
Heat the oil in a clean pot until it begins to smoke, then remove from heat. Pour in the prepared syrup, return to the heat, and add the dough balls one by one into the oil. Once the dough balls are coated with syrup and float to the surface, turning golden brown, remove and drain the oil. Take a separate container, add the toasted sesame seeds, and roll the fried sesame balls in them to coat evenly.
