Instructions

Blanch the spinach
Clean the spinach thoroughly. Blanch it in boiling water briefly, then remove and drain.

Fry the peanuts
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat until about 50% hot. Add the peanuts and fry over low heat until they turn slightly yellow. Remove immediately and set aside.

Assemble the dish
Combine the blanched spinach with the fried peanuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
