Broccoli 1 head
Tomato 1
Cucumber 1
Carrot 1
Green onion to taste
Garlic to taste
Seasoning sauce to taste

Instructions

Blanch the broccoli

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Blanch them in boiling water.

Cool the broccoli

Remove the broccoli from the boiling water and immediately submerge in ice water to cool. Drain well and set aside.

Prepare the vegetables

Wash the tomato, cucumber, and carrot, then cut them into chunks. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the garlic.
