Ingredients

Pork as needed
Egg 1
Starch as needed
Salt to taste
Cumin to taste
Chili powder as needed
White sesame seeds as needed
Honey 1 spoon
Cooking oil as needed
Toothpicks as needed

Instructions

Prepare and Marinate the Pork

Slice the pork into diagonal strips of your preferred size. In a bowl, combine the pork with egg, starch, salt, and cumin. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Thread the Meat

After marinating, thread the pork strips onto toothpicks.

Deep Fry

Heat a generous amount of oil in a wok or pan until boiling. Deep fry the toothpick meat until cooked through.

Glaze and Season

Switch to a flat pan. Add a spoonful of honey and let it melt. Add the fried toothpick meat and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chili powder and white sesame seeds before serving.
