Shredded Pork Tossed with Celery
A Zhejiang-style cold dish combining crisp celery shreds with tender shredded cooked pork in a light toss.
Ingredients
celery (remove leaves and roots, wash, split and cut into strips, blanch in boiling water and cool in cold water)
350 g
lean pork (cut into 6 cm long strips, blanch in boiling water until cooked)

Prep ingredients
Cut the leaves and roots off the celery, wash it, split it open and cut into strips the thickness of a curtain pole, blanch in boiling water, remove and cool in cold water, then drain all excess water. Cut the lean pork into 6 cm long strips, blanch in boiling water until cooked and set aside.

Toss together
Place the celery strips and cooked pork strips in the same bowl, add sesame oil, MSG and salt, mix well and it is ready to serve.
