Ingredients

eggs 5 pieces
low-gluten flour 70g
milk 50g
butter 60g
granulated sugar 60g
double-acting baking powder 2g

Instructions

Step 1

Bring the milk, butter, and one-third of the sugar to a boil. Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl. Wait until it is warm, then mix with the flour and baking powder and set aside.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Stir the room temperature batter together with the egg yolks and set aside.

Beat the egg whites until thick, then add the sugar in two separate batches, and continue to beat until it reaches a cream-like consistency.

Mix one-third of the egg white cream into the egg yolk batter, then slowly add the remaining egg white cream and mix everything together. Pour into a cake mold and let it rest for 5 minutes. Place in the oven at 150 degrees for 35 minutes and it is done.
