Ingredients

tender spring bamboo shoot meat (cut into rolling chunks) 250 g
cooked pork belly (cut into diagonal slices) 200 g
seasonal fresh green vegetables a pinch
salted meat original broth 100 g
Shaoxing wine 10 g
cooked chicken oil 10 g
MSG 2 g

Instructions

1

Ingredient Preparation

Cut the cooked pork belly into diagonal slices about 2 cm wide and 4.5 cm long. Wash the bamboo shoots in clean water and cut them into rolling chunks.

2

Cooking and Assembling the Dish

Pour 400 g of clear water into a pot, add the salted meat original broth, and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the cooked pork belly and the bamboo shoot chunks, pour in the Shaoxing wine, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Once the pork is tender and the bamboo shoots are fully cooked, stir in the MSG, drizzle in the chicken oil, and arrange the green vegetables around the dish as a garnish. Serve immediately.
