Ingredients

beef tenderloin 200g
napa cabbage 100g
tofu half a box
shiitake mushroom 2 pieces
button mushroom 4 pieces
scallion 10 stalks
soy sauce (dipping sauce) 1 tablespoon
vinegar (dipping sauce) 1 tablespoon
water (dipping sauce) 1 tablespoon
green mustard (dipping sauce) 1 teaspoon
soybean paste (soup base) 3 tablespoons
dried silver cod (soup base) 1 handful
kelp (soup base) 1 sheet

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the napa cabbage and tofu; cut the scallions into 5cm pieces; cut the shiitake mushrooms into 4 pieces; cut the button mushrooms into 4 pieces.

Prepare the soybean paste soup: Add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste to 5 cups of water, a handful of dried silver cod, and one piece of kelp. Bring to a boil, then remove the ingredients after 5 minutes.

Arrange all the ingredients nicely on a large plate, and serve alongside the soup.

Briefly dip and cook all the ingredients in the boiling soup to eat.
