Step 1
Prepare all ingredients, soak the pork ribs in advance.

Soak the soybeans the night before.
Step 3
Cut the pork ribs into chunks, slice the ginger.
Step 4
Marinate the pork ribs with an appropriate amount of salt, white sugar, ground black pepper and sliced ginger.
Step 5
Pour in the remaining marinade (1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a small amount of barbecue sauce).

Mix well and marinate overnight.

Wash the rice, then add the soaked soybeans, add water at a 1:1.1 ratio, then press the rice cooking button.

Meanwhile, heat a pan, add cooking oil, then add scallion segments and sliced ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the spare ribs to the pan and pan-fry them briefly.

Pour in the marinade sauce and stir-fry.

At this point, the water for cooking the rice has just come to a boil; add the spare ribs to it.

Prepare the sauce according to the ratio of honey : dark soy sauce : light soy sauce : oyster sauce : cooking wine = 1:1:2:2:2.

When the water is almost evaporated, pour in the prepared sauce and continue cooking.
