Tofu skin (dried beancurd sheets) as needed
Fresh spinach as needed
Fresh cilantro for tying
Soybean paste to taste

Blanch the tofu skin

Blanch the tofu skin in boiling water.

Blanch the spinach

Blanch the spinach in boiling water.

Roll the spinach

Wrap the blanched spinach inside the tofu skin and tie the rolls securely with fresh cilantro.

Arrange the rolls on a serving plate and enjoy with soybean paste.
