Pork ribs are delicious no matter how you cook them!

Ingredients

Pork ribs 500g
Garlic 1
Fermented black beans To taste
Red pepper 1
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil A few drops
White pepper powder A pinch
Cornstarch To taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash fresh pork ribs and chop into small pieces.

Add oyster sauce, starch, and white pepper powder, stir with chopsticks.

Peel the garlic, wash the red pepper, and set aside.

Mince them separately.

Put the minced ingredients into the pork ribs.

Add sesame oil and mix well.

Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 40 minutes. (Make sure to add enough water to the pot.)
