Ingredients

Beef (washed and cut into strips) 150g
Coriander (leaves removed, washed, cut into long segments) 200g
Black fungus (washed, stems removed, cut into strips) 100g
Cooking oil 30g
Olive oil (for marinating) 2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Cooking wine 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White sugar (for marinating) 1 small teaspoon

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients

Remove the leaves from the cilantro, wash clean, and cut into long segments; wash the black fungus, remove the stems, and shred; wash the beef and shred it.

Marinate the Beef

Place the shredded beef in a bowl, add sugar, salt, cooking wine, olive oil, and soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Stir-fry

Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. Add the shredded beef and stir-fry over high heat until 60% cooked. Add the black fungus and stir-fry until cooked through. Finally, add the cilantro and salt, stir-fry until evenly mixed, and serve.
