Ingredients

Eggs (beaten) 4 pcs
Fennel (washed, roots and tough stems removed, minced) 180 g
Cooking oil 30 g
Fine salt 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the fennel, remove the roots and old stems, and chop finely for later use.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat evenly with chopsticks, add salt, and mix well to make the egg mixture for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry until half-set. Add the chopped fennel and quickly stir-fry until completely cooked through. Transfer to a plate and serve.
