Slice the winter melon, arrange it on a plate, and sprinkle some salt on the surface to create a base flavor;

Boil a pot of water, and place the winter melon in the pot to steam for eight minutes;

Add an appropriate amount of minced ginger, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and cooking wine to the ground meat, and stir in one direction until sticky;

Heat a wok, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add the ground meat to stir-fry;

After the ground meat changes color from stir-frying, add beef-flavored sauce and stir-fry together;
