Shacha Stir-fried Steak with Garlic Scapes

The garlic scapes have grown, but stir-frying them alone felt a bit plain. Coincidentally, the steak I ordered arrived just as I ran out of beef at home, so I used the steak to stir-fry with the garlic scapes. I have to say, it tasted surprisingly good (*๓´╰╯`๓)♡

Shacha Stir-fried Steak with Garlic Scapes

Story

The garlic scapes are growing in the garden, but a dish of just stir-fried scapes felt a bit too plain. Fortunately, the steak I ordered arrived right as I ran out of regular beef. I decided to stir-fry the steak with the garlic scapes, and I have to admit, it turned out absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

garlic scapes to taste
steak 1 piece
shacha sauce 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1

Step 1

I originally wanted to use beef, but ran out at home, so I used steak instead. Cut one steak into pieces, add two spoons of Shacha sauce, and marinate for 20 minutes.

2

Step 2

Add the chili peppers to the oil in the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.

3

Step 3

Add the marinated steak and stir-fry together.

4

Step 4

Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for half a minute. I prefer a crispier texture, so the stir-frying time is relatively short.

5

Step 5

Add a tiny bit of salt and chicken bouillon powder, just adjust the exact amount to your own liking 😂😂.

6

Step 6

Dish out 😂😂😂😂.
