Ingredients

Beef brisket 800g
Potatoes 2 pieces
Oil a little
Salt to taste
Dried chili peppers 2 pieces
Ginger 1 piece
Star anise 2 pieces
Water to taste
Cooking wine a little
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Step 1

Place beef brisket in the pot, add 2 slices of ginger and a little cooking wine; first blanch, then remove after blanching

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into pieces

Prepare dried chili peppers, ginger, and star anise

Heat a little oil in the pot to stir-fry the seasonings until fragrant, then add the beef brisket pieces and stir-fry
