Ingredients

Ants (blanch in boiling water to kill, rinse and drain) 50g
Green bitter melon (remove stem and seeds, blanch briefly in boiling water, rinse and shred) 200g
Refined salt As needed
MSG As needed
Chopped scallion As needed
Shredded ginger As needed
Vegetable oil As needed

Prepare ingredients

Blanch the live ants in boiling water to kill them, then rinse and drain. Remove the stem and seeds from the bitter melon, blanch briefly in boiling water, rinse and shred.

Stir-fry

Heat the oil in a wok, add scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ants and stir-fry briefly, then add the bitter melon. Season with refined salt and MSG, stir-fry until well combined, then serve.
