Ingredients

Minced pork 100g
Asparagus 150g
Enoki mushrooms 100g
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Ginger, minced 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Heat the oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, frying briefly until fragrant. Add the minced pork and break it up, stir-frying until the meat is browned and slightly crispy at the edges.
