Prepare the ingredients
Remove the old leaves from the asparagus lettuce tips, peel off the skin and fibers at the base with a knife, wash away any dirt, cut into quartered long strips, marinate with salt for two hours, then rinse off the salt with clean water and drain. Cut the dried chili peppers into short segments.

Stir-fry
Heat the wok and add the oil. When the oil is hot, first sear the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then add the chili peppers and fry until dark purple. Next, add the lettuce tips, cooking wine, soy sauce, and MSG, stir-fry quickly a few times, and it is done.
