Story

Sliced beef heart atrium is blanched and then stir-fried on high heat with chili bean paste. The dish is fresh, spicy, crisp, and delicious, making it a perfect appetizer to accompany drinks.

Ingredients

Beef Heart Atrium 250g
Red Chili 1
Green Chili 1
Ginger 1 small piece
Starch To taste
Cooking Oil 30g
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Chili Bean Paste 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
MSG 2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Remove excess fat from the beef heart atrium, wash clean, and cut into thick slices. Wash and slice the peppers and ginger.

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the prepared beef heart slices, blanch briefly to remove any gamey odor, then remove and drain well.

Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, chili bean paste, and peppers to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the beef heart slices and stir-fry on high heat for a moment. Season with salt and MSG. Thicken with starch water and finish by drizzling with sesame oil.
