Soak the black wood ear mushrooms in cold water in advance.
Step 2
Wash the Chinese cabbage and red peppers.
Step 3
Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces.

Cut the red peppers into pieces.

Tear the soaked wood ear mushrooms into small pieces and drain the water.

Heat the wok with oil, add the red peppers to pass through the oil, then remove.

Heat the wok with oil again, add the scallion and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cabbage to the wok and stir-fry.
