Stir-Fried Black Fungus and Cabbage

Ingredients

Napa cabbage 450g
Black wood ear mushrooms 50g
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Scallion to taste
Red chili pepper to taste
Ginger to taste
Red pepper

Instructions

Soak the black wood ear mushrooms in cold water in advance.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and red peppers.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces.
