Mango Pomelo Sago

Story

This chilled sweet soup balances the rich sweetness of mango and coconut milk with the slight tartness of grapefruit. The translucent sago adds a pleasant, chewy texture to the smooth, fruity base, making it a light and cooling treat.

Ingredients

Coconut milk 250 ml
Milk 100 ml
Mango 1 piece
Grapefruit 1 piece
Sago 50 g
White sugar to taste

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the mango into pieces and remove the flesh.

Peel the grapefruit and remove the flesh.

Mix about 140g of mango flesh with milk, coconut milk, and sugar, put in a blender and blend into a puree, set aside.

Boil water in a pot, cook the sago until transparent and done, then remove and rinse with cold water, set aside.

Mix the remaining mango flesh and grapefruit flesh, set aside.

Place the fruit flesh into the blended puree and mix well.

Add the cooked sago, adjust the consistency to your preference. Mix well and it is ready. It tastes best chilled.
