Chicken gizzards 200g
Dried radish 50g
Dried red chilies 3-4
Garlic cloves 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp

Slice the pre-boiled chicken gizzards into thin strips. Marinate them with dried red chilies, soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch. Let sit for at least 10 minutes for better flavor absorption.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and dried red chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
