Ingredients

Yardlong beans (washed, strings removed, minced, blanched in boiling water and removed) to taste
Eggs (beaten, mixed with shrimp paste) to taste
Shrimp paste to taste
Cooking oil 30g
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Fine salt 1 tsp
White sugar 1 tsp
MSG 2 tsp

Prepare cowpeas

Wash the cowpeas, remove the strings, mince, blanch in boiling water until cooked, then remove

Beat the eggs, add shrimp paste and mix well
