Step 1
Ham sausage and cucumber.
Step 2
Dice the ham sausage and cucumber.
Step 3
Three duck eggs.
Step 4
Beat the duck eggs into an egg mixture and add some salt (the amount from three duck eggs is just enough to soak one fist-sized steamed bun).
Step 5
Two steamed buns.
Step 6
Cut the steamed buns into cubes.
Step 7
Soak in the egg mixture (do not soak for too long).
Step 8
Heat a pot, pour in a moderate amount of olive oil, add the egg-soaked bun cubes and stir-fry. Turn off the heat and remove from the pot when the egg mixture sets.
Step 9
Heat a pan without oil, add diced ham and cucumber, and stir-fry until hot.
Step 10
Add the stir-fried steamed buns, sprinkle with black pepper, and mix well.
