Ingredients

Butter 4 1/2 oz (135 g)
Fondant 8 oz (240 g)
Evaporated Milk (Group A) 1/2 oz (15 g)
Evaporated Milk (Group B) 1 oz (30 g)

Mix Group A

Warm and mix Group A ingredients (butter, fondant, 1/2 oz evaporated milk) until well combined.

Add Group B

Add Group B evaporated milk and mix into a smooth frosting.

Usage

When warm (100°F/38°C), use like fondant; after cooling, whip and use like buttercream.
