Garlic moss A handful
Marinated duck intestines As needed
Dried chili strips A pinch

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the braised duck intestines into segments and set aside.

Wash the garlic sprouts, drain well, remove the ends, cut into inch-long pieces, and set aside.

Heat the pan with some oil, add the braised duck intestines and shredded dried chili peppers to stir-fry. Add a little dark soy sauce for color, then add the garlic sprouts and a pinch of salt for seasoning. Stir-fry briefly and it is ready.
