Ingredients

Egg (beaten) 1
Salad oil (for scrambling eggs) 1 tbsp
Ground pork (stir-fried until crumbled and white) As needed
Anchovy Sambal 1 tbsp
White rice As needed
Chopped green onions As needed
Shelled edamame As needed
Corn kernels As needed
Sweet soy sauce 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil (for fried rice) 1 tbsp

Instructions

Stir-fry Eggs and Minced Meat

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, set aside. Heat a wok and add 1 tablespoon of salad oil until hot, pour in the egg mixture and scramble over low heat, add the minced pork, and stir-fry until the meat is loose and white.

Add Seasonings and Ingredients

Add Ikan Bilis Sambal sauce to the wok and stir-fry until fragrant, add white rice, chopped green onions, edamame beans, and corn kernels, and mix well, then season with sweet soy sauce and salt.

Stir-fry evenly over low heat, then remove from the wok and serve on a plate.
