Lean meat a small piece
Garlic stems four
Rice peppers two
Dried tofu one piece
Carrot half
Mushrooms one
Soy sauce a little
Salt a little
Chicken essence a little
White pepper a little
Cornstarch appropriate amount
Oyster sauce a little

Instructions

Cut the lean meat into small pieces, add soy sauce and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.
