Ingredients

Pine willow sprouts 300g
Green pepper 1
Shredded pork 100g
Salt 1/3 tsp
Chicken powder 1/3 tsp
Cooking wine 2 tsp
White pepper to taste
Cornstarch to taste
Dark soy sauce to taste

Step 1

Wash the pine willow shoots and set aside.

Cut the lean meat into strips, cut the green pepper into strips, and set aside.

Add a little salt, white pepper, a little cornstarch, a little dark soy sauce, and two teaspoons of cooking wine to the shredded pork; mix well and marinate for five minutes.
