Pork loin 200g
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 5 pieces
Oyster mushrooms 100g
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking wine 1 tbsp

Clean the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems, and slice the caps. Rinse the oyster mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Stir-Fry Ingredients

Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Toss in the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and fragrant. Season with additional salt if needed, then serve hot.
