Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Repeatedly scrub and rinse the fresh pork stomach with salt, flour, and cooking wine.
Step 2
Blanch in boiling water a few times, then add clean water, star anise, cooking wine, bay leaves, scallions, and ginger. Stew until cooked, which will take about 1 hour.
Step 3
After boiling, steam for 30 minutes. This makes the pork stomach tender and thick, preventing it from being tough or dry.
Step 4
Prepare green garlic scapes, soaked dried shiitake mushrooms, and the pork stomach.
Step 5
Cut everything and set it aside (cut the pork stomach into large pieces so it absorbs the flavors well when stir-fried).
Step 6
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 7
Add the ingredients.
Step 8
Stir-fry evenly and splash in some yellow wine.
Step 9
Season with light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon. Stir-fry until cooked through, then drizzle with a little sesame oil before serving!
Step 10
Ready to serve!
