Prepare 500g of rice rolls, 2 eggs, and 1 Chinese sausage

Cut the rice rolls into segments at an angle

Beat the eggs into a smooth egg mixture, add a small amount of salt and water

Cut the Chinese sausage into small cubes

Add light soy sauce to the rice rolls, stir well, and marinate until flavorful
