scallop meat around 15 pieces
glass noodles 1 bunch
garlic half head
oyster sauce to taste
cooking oil to taste
salt to taste
cooking wine to taste

Wash the scallops, drain the water, add an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, and marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Soak the glass noodles in hot water until soft. Peel and wash the garlic, then crush it into minced garlic.
