black fungus (washed, remove stems, shredded) as needed

cooking wine as needed

Instructions

Preparation

Remove the leaves from the cilantro, wash clean, and cut into long sections; wash the black fungus, remove the stems, and shred; wash the beef and shred.

Marinating

Put the shredded beef into a bowl, add sugar, salt, cooking wine, olive oil, and soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
